Our organization is a not-for-profit agency that is dedicated to enhancing the economic vitality of Madison, Hanover, and the rest of Jefferson County, Indiana. Since 1983, we have worked with local employers and companies that were interested in finding a place to do business. We’re proud of the impact the EDP have had upon our area’s quality of life – and just as proud of the role we’ve played to build collaboration among local businesses and between the business community and the public sector. We are led by a board made up of community leaders who have volunteered to serve our mission. With their help, we’ve been able to promote the many advantages of living and working in Jefferson County.The EDP, its investors, and its board are just one more reason Jefferson County is a great place to live and do business.
